Distillery Exclusive: 2026 Cognac Cask Finish Rye Whiskey

Rye whiskey and Cognac are each remarkable on their own, but together they create an elevated and memorable expression. We brought them together by finishing our 6-year-old straight rye whiskey in a 132-gallon Cognac cask for more than 4 years. It opens with lively aromas of yellow apples and candied orange, followed by warm cinnamon brioche and hints of pressed flowers. The classic spice profile of our signature whiskey is joined by flavors of dark brown sugar, toasted almonds, and golden raisins before a refined finish. Altogether, it delivers balance, depth, and quiet elegance. 

Flavor Profile: Caramelized sugar, poached pear, seasoned oak, and warm baking spices.
