Welcome to the Sagamore Spirit Gift Shop. We are passionate about putting Maryland back on the map as the premier distiller of rye whiskey and we are thrilled to have you here. These Terms and Conditions of Service (“Terms”) are designed to create a positive, and law-abiding community of consumers who savour our spirit responsibly. By using Sagamore Spirit’s products and services, you are agreeing to all the terms below. Please read the Terms carefully before using our website, as they are a legally binding contract between you and Sagamore Whiskey, LLC, t/a Sagamore Spirit.

a. Any use of this website by you is conditional upon your acceptance of these Terms and the accompanying Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to amend the Terms and Privacy Policy at any time in our sole discretion. It is your responsibility to apprise yourself of the current Terms and Privacy Policy in force. Amendments to the Terms and Privacy Policy become effective upon posting.

b. The intellectual property rights in this website and copyright in all material stored, displayed and accessible on the website is either owned by Sagamore Spirit or duly licensed by third parties. All such rights are reserved.
