Sagamore Spirit's Return Policy
Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us at Sagamore Spirit. We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise and service. We will credit you for returns accompanied by your receipt or shipping slip made within 45 days of the purchase for the price paid in the original form of payment. Merchandise without a receipt or shipping slip may not be returned. We will not accept returns more than 45 days after the purchase. Please do not remove merchandise tags until you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Purchases designated "Final Sale" are final and cannot be returned for any reason. Online orders can either be returned in person at the Sagamore Spirit Visitor Center or by mail (see below).
HOW TO RETURN BY MAIL
To return an item by mail, please reach out to our customer service team at Orders@SagamoreSpirit.com. In the body of the email, please include the following details:
1. Your name, address where the item will be returned from and your daytime phone number
2. Date of purchase (if possible)
3. The item you're seeking to return and reason (unsatisfied, damaged, wrong size)
4. Order # from your sales receipt
Our customer service team will then be able to supply you with a return shipping label through email.
Once you have your return shipping label, carefully pack your item(s), including the tags, in the original condition, and include your email receipt or shipping slip.
Apply the shipping label provided to you by Sagamore Spirit and ship the package(s).
Once the returned item(s) has been received, a refund will be issued for the item(s) price paid in the original form of payment. The refund will not include the original shipping and handling charges.
Please note: Returns for items purchased from our Visitor Center in Baltimore, must be handled by contacting the Visitor Center directly.
