Sagamore Cask Strength Rye Whiskey is a blend of two straight rye mash bills that are triple distilled and aged for a minimum of 7 years in high-char American oak barrels. Our 100% Maryland-made rye whiskey prioritizes a grain-to-glass process, connecting with the local farming community, and a determination to create the highest quality product. Notes of rich dark chocolate and black cherries with freshly cracked black pepper give way to smooth caramel and honey. A long complex finish reveals leathery oak tannins and a gentle, lasting warmth. Our final product represents out team's thoughtful approach to hand selecting barrels to craft a complex Maryland-style rye for the purist.
