Sagamore Cask Strength Rye Whiskey is a blend of our straight high-rye and low-rye whiskeys aged 7 years. This 7-year-old contributes deep chocolate, hazelnut, and molasses characteristics as well as bright citrus notes and balanced spice. Our distillers select and blend these straight rye whiskeys, with an appreciation for the distinct character of each barrel and how it will contribute to the whiskey as a whole. Sagamore Cask Strength Rye is complexly layered, showcasing the transformational art of blending.
