Heady and malty, with flavors rooted in a classic European lager – that’s what you’ll taste in this Rye Whiskey made in collaboration with our friends at Pherm Brewing Company in Gambrills, Maryland. The team at Pherm aged a traditional German doppelbock in our ex-Double Oak wave stave barrels. After they were emptied, we used those barrels to finish our 5-year-old rye whiskey for an additional year and nine months. The result is a toasty, malty whiskey with notes of toffee and caramel – thanks to those unique wave stave barrels used throughout the process and the spirit of collaboration we share.

Cinnamon spice, brown sugar, orange marmalade, toasted nuts, milk chocolate, malty sweetness.

Aged 5 years in charred new oak barrels.

Finished for 1 year & 9 months in German Doppelbock barrels.
